Action Items Due:

.         List of names, ranks, and phone numbers typed for displaying in
the closet.

 

.         2 ways to get patrol members to meetings

 

.         Need dates for 4th Qtr 2013, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Qtr 2014 patrol campout
dates

 

.         Need dates and activities for Patrol activities 

o   1 activity between now and October 1st, 

o   1 activity in each of the following Qtrs

 

New Action Items:

.         List of each PL, APL SMART goals for their tenure typed and to be
displayed in the closet

 

.         Implement ideas for getting patrol members to meetings

 

.         Need dates for 4th Qtr 2013, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Qtr 2014 patrol campout
dates

 

.         Need dates and activities for Patrol activities 

o   1 activity between now and October 1st, 

o   1 activity in each of the following Qtrs.

 

.         Feedback sessions within the patrol for campout and troop
meetings.  Provide the feedback to Ben and/or Tyler.

 

Did a feedback session within the PLC on the campout, PLC meetings, and
Troop meeting formats.

 

Tonight's Agenda

 

10 minutes Opening

30 minutes Salesmanship Merit Badge

20 minutes Patrol work

20 minutes game/freetime

10 minutes Closing

 

Patrols work on setting up their popcorn sales plan.  To be presented to the
Troop in Two weeks.  Include the roster, tables, signage, adults to be
present, etc.

 

Salesmanship Merit Badge work on through Sept. 16th.

Photography Merit Badge will follow Salesmanship with emphasis on Troop
photos advertising our troop.

Cinematography Merit Badge will follow Photography with emphasis on making a
troop commercial.
