Bring list of patrol members, ranks, and phone numbers to contact

-          Was not completed, should complete this evening

 

Bring leadership position goals

-          Reviewed Davis's goals

 

Reviewed patrol activities:

-          Davis's patrol will come an hour early and do running, etc.

 

Bring two ways to bring patrol members back to meetings

-          Was not completed

 

General Discussion:

 

September 14th and 15th selling popcorn at locations

Need to make a plan, roster, signage, etc.

 

Information on Popcorn sales:

 

Bass Pro Shop, Saturday and Sunday, September 14th and 15th 

Reasors in Jenks, Saturday, September 14th

Glenpool Walmart SuperCenter, Sunday, September 15th 

 

3 scouts minimum per location per 

10am - 6pm

Make presentation of your sales pitch at the end of the evening.

Brainstormed ideas for presenting the popcorn.

-          Invite people to assist

-          Banners/signs

-          Tables

-          Must be in uniform

-          Eagle Scout presence with Eagle Court of Honor boards

Recruitment night brainstorming

 

Next Meeting Deliverables:

 

-              Two ways to bring scouts back to the meetings

                -              Every scout should bring one guest by end of
September

-              Phone numbers and ranks of patrol members in typed form

-              Leaders goals

10 minutes          Opening and announcements

40 minutes          Patrol breakout/Sales planning

15 minutes          Presentation

20 minutes          Game
