[Bsa-troop85] Trappers Rendezvous - Important Information

All:

Just a few reminders about items about this weekend's campout:

1.  As usual, we will meet in the parking lot of St. James Church at
5:30PM.  We will depart soon thereafter.  Please be on time as we have a
long trip ahead of us.

2.  As previously stated, electronics will be allowed in the vehicle on the
way to and from the campout. They will be secured in the vehicles while we
are there.  Feel free to bring any other appropriate entertaining items for
the car.  Homework is allowed.

3. A completed consent form is required.  If you do not hand in a consent
form, you will not be allowed to depart. I have consent forms for the
following scouts:  Ryan Lindsey, Ryan Evans, Wyatt Evans, Dylan Hurt, and
Tyler Traino. The consent from can be found at the following link:

4.  A current medical form is required as well.  If you do not have a
current medical form filed with the troop, this must be completed.  The

5.  Since we will be pressed for time, we will not stop for dinner.  All
scouts are encouraged to eat prior to departure or may bring dinner to eat
in the car.
