As we try to put together a sustainable Shooting Sports Program for the 
troop, we need lots of shotgun instructors (need one for every two 
shooters) and rifle instructors (need one for every eight shooters).  If 
you have the ability to attend either of these trainings, the troop 
could use your help in making sure we can have a well-trained and 
staffed program.

Let me know if you have any questions, as I have gone through every one 
of the programs.

Just an FYI -

There is one opening in the NRA Shotgun Instructor course to be held on 
March 20, 22, 23 (taught in 3 sessions).  If you or someone from your 
unit would like to attend, registration is available online on the 
council website at

download the form and take it to the Scout Office and pay there.

There are only 5 openings left in the NRA Rifle Instructor course to be 
held on May 8, 10, 11 (taught in 3 sessions).  Registration is available 
online or at the Scout Office.
