[Bsa-troop85] Eagle Court of Honor Reception - Helpers needed

Parents…  

We have our Eagle Court of Honor coming up next Saturday (February 8).  We need some people to help Anne Wright with the reception.  There are three separate periods and you can volunteer for one or all of them.  

Set-up  12:30-2:00
Serving 3:00-4:00
Clean Up 4:00-5:15

At one time this was all left to the Eagle Parents, but in recent years the women of the troop have taken on this task so that those Eagle families can focus on the celebration & their families that may be attending.  Please consider volunteering to help.  It is a great opportunity to get to know other parents in the troop and one day the favor will be returned when your son earns his Eagle rank.
