[Bsa-troop85] Mailing list seems to be operational again

Well, now that summer camp is over and the daily updates aren't going 
out (proving that Murphy's law is still alive and well in the world of 
computing), it seems we have resolved the issues with the troop mailing 
list that were causing some of your e-mail providers to "bounce" the 
messages sent to the group, and then get "unsubscribed" from the group.  
I have re-subscribed everyone.
