[Bsa-troop85] Summer Camp Medical Form, Money and Merit Badges

Hi Troop 85--this message is for those going to summer camp at Tom Hale.
Please be sure to get an appointment with your pediatrician or family doctor as soon as possible.  I've attached the medical form you need to have them fill out and return.  
Also, I need from every scout who is going the information listed in the graph below.  Please fill that in and sent the info back to me.  Be sure to include the extra fees for merit badges that have extra fees.  New scouts should all take two hours of Soaring to Eagle and then choose two other merit badges.  I recommend taking at least one water badge if possible like swimming or sailing (but for younger scouts need to realize that canoeing and rowing can be physically challenging).  And it's good to take a badge that really interests you.  All the badges are listed in the Leader's Guide available here:  http://www.halescoutreservation.org/leadersguide.asp  Adults attending should also look at the courses available and let me know what you would like to take.

Please bring the rest of the payment either this coming week April 19th or April 26th at the latest.  We will be working to set up a swim check sometime in the next few weeks.  Best!  Here is the graph of info needed.
