[Bsa-troop85] Summer Camp Attendees and $120 Deposit due this Monday! Also: Leaders Guide and Medical Forms

Hi Troop 85!
Here's the list of people who I have told me they plan to attend Camp Tom Hale this year:
Paul Marsh, John Musshafen, Max Trost, Trey Snellings, Colton Roe, Brennen Gillespie, Ryan Lindsay, Judah White, Jonah White, Reese Harder, Hudson Harder.  If you are not on this list, and plan to go to camp, please let me know!  

Also, we have to pay the $120 deposit next week. Total cost is $240 for Scouts, balance due by the end of April.  So please bring your deposit money next week and give it to our Treasurer Ann Stone.  Ann, when you get the deposits, can you make one check out and take it or mail it to the Scout Office?  You can call over there and ask them the best way to do it.  I will be out of the country next week so I won't be able to help.

Medical Checks.  Everyone who goes, scout and adults, must have an official BSA medical exam form signed by their doctor.  So make an appointment for that check up now since it may take some time to get in to see your doctor!  The forms used to be listed on the last few pages of the leaders guide.  Now you have to download them from the BSA website:  http://bsaseabase.org/Home/HealthandSafety/ahmr.aspx  I've also attached it.  You must print and take them to your appointment for the doctor to complete and sign. Many Dr's offices already have them.
