[Bsa-troop85] Jenks herb festival

The Jenks herb festival is this weekend and, as in the past, the troop
will be running a root beer stand to raise money for this summers high
adventure trip.  All of the scouts (and parents) are encouraged to
attend and help. All of those attending the high adventure trip this
summer are required to attend.

Working periods will Be as follows:
Friday 5:30-7:00 help set up festival by distributing tables and
chairs to vendors.
Saturday 8:00-12:30
Saturday 12:30-5:00

Please let me know when you are available during these periods (if
these don't fit let me now when you are available).

I will also need some adults with larger vehicles to help with things
like getting drinks; ice chest filled at church and brought to sight;
getting signs and other equipment from shed.
