[Bsa-troop85] Salvation Army Breakfast Tomorrow (Sunday 6/29) - can you help?

Just when I thought the e-mail list was working again, I'm having some trouble with it, just in time for Salvation Army breakfast this tomorrow. Apologies if you get multiple copies of this.
With summer vacations in full swing and so close to July 4, we will probably need help from everyone who is in town. Please let me know if you and/or your scout can help out, so I will know if we need to panic. Also please indicate if you can drive some scouts downtown and back.

For our new scout families, a member at St. James provides food for breakfasts at the Salvation Army on Sunday mornings, and different groups in the church (along with Asbury) provide the manpower to prepare and serve. When there is a fifth Sunday, it is the Scout troop. In spite of the early morning start, it's one of the favorite service projects for most of the boys. Family members are welcome to join us.

Class B uniforms, no need to spill eggs on those class A's.

The schedule is:
5:25 AM meet at the church
5:30 carpool downtown (some of us who will stay downtown just meet at the Salvation Army)
6:00-7:00 Prepare the meal
7:00-8:00 Serve the meal
8:00-8:30 Clean up
8:45/9:00 back at the church

Yours in Scouting

Ray
