[Bsa-troop85] No Scouts on Monday and info for Survival campers

As of right now, it looks like rain Saturday and a cool down on Sunday.
Survival campers need to be prepared for the weather as much as possible.
The good thing is that the Tulsa county burn ban was lifted. Rain amounts
are relatively small, but makes for a rough evening if you don't have some
sort of shelter.

Parents, please don't worry. They can come back into camp if they need to.
They will not starve, dehydrate (excessively - since it will be up to them
to drink appropriate amounts of water), or get lost in two days. However,
they may be hungry. We will probably get home pretty early on Sunday since
the boys have little to pack up.

We will not have Scouts on Monday.
