checks to classify swimming ability for the next 12 months.

Hello, All:

Couple of important updates:

1) I will be conducting swim tests at the Jenks High School Practice 
swimming pool on Wednesday, May 7^th at 6:30pm, and again on Thursday, 
May 15^th at 6:30pm. This should include adults and boys.  Swim tests 
are good for one year.  Boys who need to complete the swim and rescue 
portions of their advancements will stay a little later so we can 
complete those tasks.

2)Medical Forms A, B, and C (physician required) need to be updated this 
month.  If you or your boy have not completed an updated form, please do 
so ASAP.  The forms are required for the BSA insurance and are required 
for Hale Scout Ranch and Philmont. Forms can be found on okscouts.org or 
other BSA sites for download.  Only part C requires a physician.

3)Monday, May 12^th , we will be assisting Pack 585 at their Rally and 
Graduation Ceremony.  Boys should be at St. Bernard's Church at 4001 E. 
101^st St. at 6:30pm. It will likely go to 8:30pm.  Boys have assigned 
duties that will be illustrated in an email coming from Reese.
