Subject: Summer Camp Departure Info-Saturday loading and Sunday Departure

Hi Troop 85 Summer Campers,

We will be meeting at St. Marks on Saturday, May 31 at 4:00 to pack up the trailer.  Please bring all your gear then.  Be sure you have a cot.  It's best if you have a storage container that will fit underneath the cot (some footlockers are a bit wide), but if not your scout can make due (it just takes up extra space in the tents).

Please leave out your class A uniform.  You will need to wear that on the ride to and from camp, and for dinners at the camp.

If you have any medicines you need to take, please give them to me at that time so I can organize them.
Other items you need are on page 43 of the Leader's Guide: http://www.halescoutreservation.org/pdf/2014%20HSR%20Leaders%20Guide.pdf

Also on Saturday  I must have your BSA medical forms and consent forms.  You cannot go to camp without those.  And you need to include a copy of your health insurance cards.

Then on Sunday morning, June 1, we will meet at Jenks Southeast Elementary, north parking lot, at 8:30 am to take a Troop photo, load up and begin driving down to Tom Hale by 9:00.  Please bring money for lunch.  We will stop in McCalaster for lunch.

Hopefully you don't have many questions at this point!  If you do let me know and I'll try to answer them.

Best!
