[Bsa-troop85] Herb Festival - Class B Uniform

I failed to clarify that the boys working the root beer stand should wear
their Class B (Scout T-Shirt ideally a Troop 85 T-shirt).


They should not wear their kaki Boy Scout Class A Uniform Shirt.
