[Bsa-troop85] Communications Merit badge

Tomorrow night <x-apple-data-detectors://0> Jenks is having a city council
meeting at the Jenks city hall. This is a perfect opportunity to knock out
requirement 5 of the communications merit badge. I have attached the
information of the meeting below. I will be attending, I hope to see others
from the troop there too.
