Rally Night for New Scouts:  Class visits during day.  Setup in JSE
cafeteria at 6PM.  Rally Night starts at 6:30.  Troop 85 and hopefully our
WEBELOS II will complete flag ceremony then take the kids outside for
organized fun.  Den Leaders will be able to introduce themselves and get the
kids signed up, paid, and ready to start the new scouting year.
